Ordering Information:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at cocokaneladesign@gmail.com or contact us directly via the ‘Contact’ section on our online store.
Delivery:
All parcels within Australia are dispatched within two business days from the date of purchase via Sendle. Your parcel can be tracked on the Sendle website using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within three business days of placing your order, please email us at cocokaneladesign@gmail.com.
It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick-up from your post office if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

CocoKanela Design accepts VISA and MasterCard through Secure Pay Australia. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on credit card security measures. “CocoKanela” will appear on your credit card statement. All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars.
